At HM Leather, we take great pride in our leather goods and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.  We understand that there may be instance where you need to return a product, and we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. 

Returns policy

If you have changed your mind about an item purchased online from this website, you can return it to us and/or request for an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase to obtain a refund.

The return/exchange right we provide is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The item must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Returned items must be accompanied by the original packaging and any related accessories. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

Unless they are defective, custom and personalised goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

HM Leather reserves the right to deny a return if the goods show signs of wear or damage.

How do I make a return?

Please contact us and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Is there a charge for making a return?

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How long will it take to process my return?

Please allow up 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is received and processed.

How do I make an exchange?

We only accept exchanges of goods for the same item. Otherwise, please request for a return and place a new order through the website.
