When will my order arrive?
Orders typically ship within 2-4 working days after purchase, provided the item is in stock. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with shipping tracking information.
Please note: Custom leather orders should expect 1-3 weeks of processing time.
What carrier do you use to ship your orders?
We ship via Australia Post for all options. Australia Post delivers packages Monday through Friday from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M and may require a signature.
For international orders, shipping delivery times will vary based on destination.
What does it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs for Parcel and Express post are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can review the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

HM Leather is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If you encounter any issues, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking information.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
